I finally did it!

All three of my completed works of fiction are now available in audio formats.

• Life Before Me
• Child Eyes
• One Step Away (short story)

The process was quite fun once I figured out what I was doing. I greatly enjoyed working with the producers.

I loved listening to Life Before Me and One Step Away as Sawyer completed each chapter. I appreciated his input, and I got tickled listening to him sing rather than simply recite the words to the songs.

I could not bring myself to listen to Myriam’s progress as she worked on Child Eyes. That story, although fiction, hits too close to home. It is too familiar, like trying to pay attention to a movie you loved as a child and watched on repeat until the VHS tape wore out. It is, after all, my first novel. Still, the story is good and worth the read (or listen) if reading or listening for the first time. I am, however, grateful for Myriam’s patience with me and the work she did.

It had been suggested that I record the books myself. No thank you! I am a wallflower and prefer both physical AND audio anonymity.
